I bought this for its simplicity for a parent that is aging. It was easy to install. It is easy to use. Love that locking it is any button. The fingerprint was easy to setup and seems to work consistently. I definitely feel it was worth the cost.

Would not accept a second finger print and the first only worked 1/3 of the time

I had some difficulty initially, but the third try worked and I was able to set my password successfully. I would love to share my strategy that eventually brought success, but I am not quite sure exactly what I did wrong initially or what I did right on the later attempt. I just kept fiddling with it, rereading the directions, and more fiddling…BAM, it worked.

I like the look of this padlock, the nine raised digits on its front are atypical of padlocks and I think I am not alone in assuming complexity based upon appearance. I like the flat black also. When I lock up surveillance cameras, the last thing I want is a shiny padlock glimmering and drawing unwanted attention. This padlock is a bit heavier than I expected, appears quite durable, and has a waterproof rating. I expect to achieve years of dutiful service from this padlock.

app tells you when the lock has been fondled with, you can also control the lock when not around. super easy to use and functions great. great quality! battery life has been awesome, used for a couple months and havent had to charge once. the fingerprint recognition is a fantastic touch! gives a sense of security

This is a much more affordable option than other smart locks out there. It was easy to install and the app works seamlessly. We haven’t had issues with the lock, but having a key option gives us peace of mind that there’s a back up. We’ve been using it multiple times a day without issues. Overall a great buy.
